Operations

• Manage and enforce the compliance with SHEQ and ISO requirements, including liaisons with assessors.
• Risk assessment and risk management relating to SHEQ, ISO, OHSA and COIDA requirements
  • Building and facilities management
  • Infrastructure management (Telephone, electrical and plumbing)
  • Consumables management
  • Waste disposal management
  • Building Security management
• Management and maintenance of facilities, including the monitoring and re-ordering of consumables.
• Management and Review of utilities usage.
• Tracking and Execution of operational purchases.
• Management of Inventory Receiving.
• Monitoring, tracking, budgeting and reporting of related operational costs.
• Petty cash reconciliation.

General Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret and analyse data from various sources
• Participate in meetings with leadership and relevant stakeholders to explain reports, present findings and make recommendations
• Act as liaison between production and financial departments
• Related administrative tasks and Reporting to the Finance department
